"Financing Experience and Sales Great" I would recommend JBA not so much Paul in sales but the finance office was GREAT and is what got the deal done because they backed the deal Paul lied to have. Jason Schaffer is a great saleman. He will get you what you want and not sale you something you don't.

"Great Customer Service!! " Went in to JBA for service with a company truck from a different state that wasn’t purchased there nor in this state. Wasn’t expecting anything just trying but without hesitation they said not a problem we will fit you in and take care of you! That’s exactly what they did!!
"First NEW car purchase." They bent over backwards for me. I had a crap trade in and they still took care of me! David Spriggs went all out to meet or better my requirements....two doors rear wheel drive and not BLUE! Thanks to all the guys and girls who went to bat for me!
"first service visit." Hi everyone the service was very helpful in the process with checking in and also the loaner car process was very easy to set up. Also the service kept me up to date on repairs.
"Heather Wingerd is the greatest." Heather Wingerd welcomed me back to JBA. She reviewed the reason for my visit and explained what the technicians would be doing to diagnose and make repairs. An estimated cost for each procedure was given as well as an estimated time for its completion. The cost came in under the estimate, which is always welcomed news. I was also back on the road in record time. Heather is very professional and executes her responsibilities very proficiently.
"2nd Car" Hi everyone I always like to read reviews on things I am about to purchase so I thought it was only fair to do one. This is my 2nd car with J.B.A Glen Burnie and with my sales associate I call him my personal assistant Kris Welmuellr he is awesome. Kris listen to my needs and he got me the car I could afford 2019 Equinox. I love my new car . The whole team was great from Kris to the sales department .
