"very thorough. and explained everything to me...." dave spriggs is highly qualified and his demeaner was not pushy, we really enjoyed working with him,,dave was friendly and knowledgable. My husband is 86 and hard of hearing and dave worked with him and had the patience of JOB, because sometimes my husband does not understand right away because of his hearing problem.
