I was taken care of nicely and treated like the long time customer that i have been for years. The only thing i had a problem with was the first car bought and returned within three days to get 2022 car back i was told they could not do that anymore so i ended up buying the 2026 Equinox which fits us better the TRAX is to small but i had to spend a lot more money than i can wanted to now i may have to get a job to pay for it.

My sales guy was very helpful in buying my vehicle, and the other guys were great. My only issue is with the repair department they aren’t always efficient and sometimes sloppy with there work as I got bed rails put on and they left white dust all over them would think they would at least wash it. Only reason why not a 5 as repair shop can use more training on cleaning up after themselves and being spot on with there work. I’m very nervous using them for my warranty work, but sales can’t ask for better.

JBA fixed the issue with my car after having to bring it in several times, they didn’t give up until they got the answer they needed to fix the problem. Thanks JBA and it was no extra charge

From the time that I filled out the online application to the time that I sat in my new Trailblazer, everything was perfect! Dave Spriggs and the rest of the staff were so friendly and it made the buying experience a positive one. In the past, I spent hours at the dealership and it was a negative experience for me.
