First time I had fun buying a vehicle. The sales person was very knowledgeable about all the truck options and I got a great deal, without a lot of haggling. I will definitely go to JBA for my next vehicle.
Paul is my service advisor and was very friendly and efficient. He explained the service to be done and the estimated time was right on the money. John is was excellent at his job, he explained every document I had to sign, he let me test drive a car I didn't think I would be able to get financing for but I did :-) I would buy from jba again and again.

I just got my 2018 chevy Equinox and the Sales rep( Manny ) and the finance people did very good job for me . They were so considerate looking at income and my work schedule, they were able to get me a good deal for my new car. It is amazing that such people exist in dealership business. John was my Service Tech and We are new to the area, brought my husbands truck in because it was having some issues and was immediately taken care of. He stayed in contact with me and gave me a loaner so I wasn't stuck w/o a vehicle. All my concerns were heard and all issues were addressed!
