I have no been involved in the purchase of a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado and the purchase of a used Chevrolet Equinox. In both cases customer service was excellent and professional.

I called on a Thursday morning to make an appointment for an oil change at the last minute. I was told that there were no openings, but I could walk in around noon to find out if anyone cancelled. The title says it all. What more could you want from an automotive service center? They promised my vehicle back the same day, and I got it. The problem was fixed properly, and it was covered by a technical service bulletin with extended coverage, so there was no charge--not even a diagnostic charge. I'm very pleased.
Been a customer since 2013 when I brought my car from them and can honestly say I absolutely love this place and the people in it.
Benn with JBA for awhile now. They are always courteous and go out of their way to assist you in anyway. Just bought a new Camaro from them and dealt with Rocky Aggrey who is one xxxx of a nice guy.
