I initially went into the dealership on a Saturday to find out how I could get on my car for a trade and was a surprised when the young man sent me to get my own appraisal after I explain explained to him my intent was to purchase a new car. I met Curt in the used are department who got the appraisal and told when I return to ask for Rocky. I returned Tuesday evening and walked out with a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox. Service was done very professionally. Service rep was very polite and efficient. I can't remember exactly who the rep was but because I have used the service department in the past I am satisfied with the service that I received.
I purchased my vehicle here and I just had my oil changed here, after a bad experience down the street at Pep Boys. JBA staff are helpful & nice. I called to ask about an oil change and I was told there were no more appts but I could walk in. I waited a little over an hour. But it was well worth it & I had the option to have the courtesy shuttle take me home. They have a play area, 2 the, and free drinks for customers waiting. I will def be back ! They are 1000% above the rest! And cheaper ! Def got my money's worth!
rotated tires, did an oil change, everything was as good as could be expected for not having an appointment about an hour and a half wait
