I would highly recommend this dealer. I bought a 2014 Chevy Spark LS and had difficulty getting financing but they came through with a great deal on a loan. Their title, service crew, financial and sales crew were great. I came in for a car to trade in my 24 year old car oldsmobile for a more reliable car necessary for work. I highly recommend Art, my sales rep, who was friendly and very helpful. He was the best sales rep I have ever had before. Make sure to ask for Art when you get there.
I took my 2015 Impala for an oil change and tire rotation. Helen Showalter is a great service technician and makes you feel comfortable bringing your car to JBA. Kudos also to Jason in the Service Dept. About a year after I purchased my car from JBA, I started to hear a noise every time I went around a turn. Really easy process to trade in previous vehicle and then buy replacement used vehicle. Salesman was really helpful and easy to work with. I have been coming to JBA over 10 years and always have a great experience.
As always JBA and it's entire team did a great job. Nicole Fite kept in constant contact with me about the progress of my vehicle. The loaner vehicle process was quick and easy. It is always clean in and around the entire facility. I highly recommend JBA for your service or vehicle process.

I went in for an oil change for my 2004 Corvette Coupe but I was shown that I had several leaks. I was given an estimate. Within a manor of days I had the work completed and was very happy with the engine tech’s work. I’ve been going to JBA for years with my Corvette and have had a great experience every time. They are fair and reasonable and a special thanks to John H in the Service area.
