I brought my Chevy Bolt in for a 5,000 mile service visit, which was basically a tire rotation and multi-point vehicle inspection. Everyone is always friendly and helpful at this location. The wait wasn't too long. I enjoyed some free gourmet coffee and watched the TV.
When you walk in the door at the service center the people are wonderful. What would make a .great outcome is a vacuuming after service
Excellent service..fast, friendly and thorough! The wait was short, my oil changed, tires rotated....I was offered drink and snacks..tv was on, chairs comfortable...good experience.
I took my Chevy Trailblazer in for service at jba and the service advisor was John. The staff couldn't have been any friendlier or more professiona, he made sure that the vehicle had been inspected properly and then he discussed the problems that had to be fixed. They were fixed in a timely fashion and the vehicle was ready as they promised. I went up to pick up the vehicle and everything went smooth. Couldn't be happier with the service.
My sales rep Amy Chesshire is very knowledgeable and made my truck buying experience amazing. Dealership very clean and everyone was polite and professional. Highly recommended . The HD 2500 i purchased is incredible I haven't found anything I don't like about it.

I recieved a notice called about it , went in the same night started talking to a young salesman named and he was great . We did everything to see if I was able to get a new car , looked to see if I liked anything and I did . Went back to see if I was able to get it and everything went smoothly . I have bought a lot of new cars, but I have to admit this was one of my best experiences. Had done some of my regular Sunday window shopping for a new car so I knew what I wanted, Stopped in on a Friday after work and met a nice young salesman outside and we went to see what I wanted.
