The service department at JBA is OUTSTANDING. What a professionally run dept. My service agent, Helen Showalter, couldn't have been nicer. I brought my car in for scheduled main. and was in and out in an 1 hour 1/2. My cudos to a well run organization.

The major concern of my service visit was connected to my engine light. I was informed that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced and was covered due to a recall warranty, which would have been very expensive to replace if I was liable for its replacement. My vehicle needed new brake pads and the brake system fluid exchange to be done at that time. Tires were rotated and a new cabin filter was installed.
