Unbelievable customer service from GENY HITCH. I had an issue with on of my ramps and GENY went way out of their way to take care of my issue. I did not have a receipt because I purchased the ramps off eBay but GENY didn’t care all they cared about was making me happy. Not only were they willing to send a replacement but they allowed me to upgrade to a better set of ramps. Very nice people to deal with and I am a GENY fan for life!
