RecommendedRecently purchased Gen-y torsion hitch, first time it rained both hitch pins rusted so I emailed them. Within 4 minutes Jason emailed me that this is unacceptable and asked for my address to send me replacements. 15 mins later I had a tracking number that replacements were shipped. By far the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Keep it up Gen-Y!

RecommendedI recently purchased a Geny hitch after contemplating one for several years. Having two F350’s that tow my skidsteer/excavator/materials on a daily basis I was open to ideas to better the ride too and from the jobsite. What a difference the Geny hitch makes. My single cab F350 has completely been transformed, it’s like the trailer isn’t even back there.
