We drove across country this month pulling our horse trailer with our new Gen-Y hitch. That’s a long haul for the horses and I could tell a huge difference in the ride. We were thankful to have made the trip with our Gen-Y! And we could not have had better service when working with this company!! Highly recommend it to the horse world!
Recently purchased Gen-y torsion hitch, first time it rained both hitch pins rusted so I emailed them. Within 4 minutes Jason emailed me that this is unacceptable and asked for my address to send me replacements. 15 mins later I had a tracking number that replacements were shipped. By far the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Keep it up Gen-Y!

I recently purchased a Geny hitch after contemplating one for several years. Having two F350’s that tow my skidsteer/excavator/materials on a daily basis I was open to ideas to better the ride too and from the jobsite. What a difference the Geny hitch makes. My single cab F350 has completely been transformed, it’s like the trailer isn’t even back there. Picked up a 16k 10in drop torsion. By far the best hitch Iv ever used. Eliminated all my secondary bounce. Awesome product.
Just outfitted one of my drivers with my original 2" 16k hitch and ordered me the 2.5" 21k assembly. Great product and so versatile. I am so happy I chose this over the B & W.
