Fireplace would not light on main burner. Called gasfixfireplace and they repaired it as per appt. time. Job was professional and all the mess was cleaned up upon completion of work. Thanks Scott for the great work.

This is the third time that I have used Gas Fix over the past 5 years for various repairs. Once for our gas fire place, once for our past pool heater and just yesterday (July 29, 2013) for our one year old gas pool heater. We would highly recommend Scott of Gasfix. He was prompt, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. In repairing our pool heater, a problem arose involving work done from another trade. Scott willingly spoke with them; he was able to explain the issue that needed to be changed. They agreed with Scott. He then arranged for these tradesmen to return to our home, once our heater repair was complete, to properly adjust our shed roof. Scott's calm and patient manner made the situation much easier to deal with. Awesome work!
When our pool heater would not start we called GasFix at 5pm, Scott showed up at 8:30am the next morning and fixed the problem all while explaining how the components were affected. He was very knowledgable and has made some great recommendations in order to keep our pool heater running smoothly. Thanks Scott.
Called yesterday for repair and Dwayne arrived this morning on time, with a mat to protect the work area, diagnosed the problem (a nicked wire) that explained the intermittent functioning since we bought the house, had the replacement part on his truck, and explained fully how to optimize and use the fireplace. Wish we had his expertise much sooner. Highly recommend his services.

Our fireplace wouldn't start one morning. Right in the middle of a February cold alert. Lucky us! We thought it would take days to get a repairman to get our gas fireplace up and running again. We called Gasfix and were delighted to find out they could send out a repairman that same day. Our fireplace was lit and running smoothly before dinner. The price was reasonable. In peak season, we cannot always come out the same day, but our turn around time is always very short. Because we carry a huge selection of parts with us when we come out to do a service call, even in peak periods, we can most often do a repair in one trip because we have the parts with us.
