Awesome! The sales staff was great! They really went above and beyond! This dealership is top-notch, I will definitely do my business with them, aside from another local VW dealership that doesn't seem to care at all about their customers!

I've bought and serviced 4 Volkswgen's over the past 6 years at Findlay Volkswagen and have had only GREAT experiences. I always feel like I'm being treated fairly and all the service work is done on time, every time. They are simply the classiest dealer in town!

This is the first time I bought a car without the salesman trying to sell me a car by being shady. I never thought buying a car would be be painless--Thanks Chris We went in late evening and the price given at the sit down was the TMV for the car which was shocking most dealers try to start maybe 500 below MSRP and wok from there.

Great personality, friendly people. They made me feel confortable as a female buying her first car. The price of my Jetta seemed fair.

I have have bought 2 vehicles from this dealer and both times it was outstanding.have been for service also and each time they took care of the problem and fixed it right the first time

They don't even deserve a star took my jetta for an output speed shaft sensor they replaced it and now the car won't even go into gear and their escape goat was you needa new Transmission they will not stand behind their work put the inexperienced tech on it and want me to pay for a transmission they literally told me take your car. Asked them how ? In a Tow truck, worst customer service and will not accept their mistakes

Don’t even know where to begin my son’s Jetta TDI was totaled. So I found one with some issues after I purchased took it straight to dealership to have timing belt replaced. Then I had a REGEN issue and they said it’s thermostat, After replacing the thermostat which takes 3 hours took back to be told needed NOX catalyst replaced 400 miles after picking up car Turbo granades replace Turbo to have Nox catalyst issue again they replace it under warranty. I reached out to Findlay VW because my wife and I just had a baby and was taking Ubers back and forth places as my car was totaled and I needed a car to get back and forth to work as well as something I can make sure is safer and sanitized for our new arrival. I needed a third row suv to fit 3 ( car seats) as well as have room for my older kids and my wife. I TOOK MY CAR TO FINDLAY VOLKSWAGON. , THEY'RE WAS A SMALL TICK IN THE MOTOR., I ALSO HAD 3/4 TANK OF GAS., THEY CALLED TO TELL ME I NEEDED A NEW MOTOR FOR WHICH I HAD TO PAY $10,000., WENT TO RETRIEVE CAR., THE GAS LIGHT WAS ON, THEY DROVE MY CAR TOO MUCH IT RUINED MY MOTOR. THEN I GET A RESPONSE TO MY FIRST REVIEW AND THEY'RE TRYING TO TELL ME HOW MUCH GAS I PUT IN MY OWN CAR!! SAYING IT WAS LESS THAN A 1/4 TANK. LIARS!!. THEY OUT AND OUT RUINED MY MOTOR!! OFFERING TO REPLACE IT FOR ME IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,000.
