A big shout out to Jeff Young and John Robinson of the service department at VW of Henderson. They took great care of my Jetta and me. Its always hard when your car is having trouble. Please do the right thing and take your car to the people who know what they are doing. You’re paying for the quality and the expertise that they and their mechanics have. They will take the time to answer your questions and explain it all. This is the best advice I can give to anyone who reads this review. You’re in good hands. A special shout out to Robert Norris. The person who is on the front lines dealing with the customers is one of the hardest responsibilities. He does his job with tact, respect, and class. He is an asset to your organization. Thank you Bob.

My wife Stacy and I have leased our second VW from Findlay VW and Lucky is the best Sales Manager ever!!!
