Needed to get my Taos serviced for its 50k mileage review. Scheduled the appointment on the VW app and worked with Clyde and he was able to get my service completed in a few hours while I waited. No hassles great assistance.
I recently brought my vehicle to Findlay Volkswagen Henderson on October 24th, and everything went exactly as planned. The inspection was thorough, and they even provided a helpful video walkthrough of the multipoint inspection. I also appreciated the car wash and the complimentary gift for my first service — totally unexpected and really awesome. Overall, a great experience, and I definitely recommend this dealership to others.

Service consultants are very timely and knowledgeable. There is a process which flows smoothly and efficiently. I was kept apprised of the work completed and the functionality of the systems checked and tested. The wait time was reasonable and there is ample seating for customers in the service area.
