I had my vehicle serviced at Findlay Toyota and I had a delightful experience. The staff was courteous and helpful. My maintenance tech was Chris and he was able to have my car fully serviced within 45 mins.

They rescheduled my appt due to defective replacement parts as per Natalie, really??? They sent a defective replacement part in the dealership? She never gave me an update until I reached Mona, the good and very assistive sales manager. Mona is highly- recommended!!!
