I had no issues with the service and Richard. But the next time it’s going to be expensive to have my tires rotated and balanced. $181.00
People are polite and trued their best to address the issue, and explain to me the details of their diagnosis
The dealership is very friendly and cordial, but I find the work done on my vehicle is very professional and reliable and I will return for future work.
Tommy and TJ provided excellent customer service and are very friendly. We will recommend Findlay Toyota to all our friends and family. We'll definitely be back.

Everything went smooth. Tony was excellent and so was the staff at the rental/loaner car desk
Xavier was great. Very friendly and even followed up after the parts arrived. Thank you!
Excellent service, provides clear guidance and information regarding repairs and expected expenses. Also provides transportation to home and return to dealership at no added cost. Findlay Toyota is my primary maintenance for all my vehicles (Toyota and non-Toyota).
