I gave a 4 star rating because upon delivery of the truck, no one showed us how to program the apps into the multimedia system. The Findlay Toyota Service Department fit the car in their schedule, and we were back on the road the next day. Brendan Bush guided the repair process in expert fashion. He worked to have the problem diagnosed and the repair completed within the original estimated timeframe. The service was excellent.
