Antwaun and Carlos have been very helpful, and provided excellent service. This is our 5th vehicle purchased through Findlay Toyota, and we have always been happy with the service provided.
Jamie was friendly and respectful with my questions that I had. My complaint I have is the driver side floor had the staff shoe prints, black smudges on the door, door handle, steering wheel and the front hood. This is the second time that I had to walk out to my 4Runner at the front entrance of the service sign. When I check out from the counter I get told to wait by the door and someone will bring the car to you. Well it hasn’t happened yet.
Your Dealership has very friendly staff that are very attentive to customers who arrive at the service area and your staff are very knowledgeable on what I need to have taken cared of for my vehicle .. Phil Crabtree is the person that always assists me when I bring my Tacoma in for service. His knowledge of my needs helps when I need to have things done.

Do to prices can’t get new car you need to increase trade in value. Need more new cars to test. I like Toyota but may go to another brand With better prices for loyal customers.
I showed up at Findlay Toyota with ABSOLUTELY no intention in buying a vehicle! Within an hour or so I was leaving the lot with the exact truck I wanted. My salesman Remmi was cool, not pushy, NEVER lied exaggerated and was honest and upfront. Best buying experience I’ve ever had.
