Findlay always takes care of my automotive needs. They have always treated me fairly. Chai has been my salesman for many years. He is outstanding.
Went to leave on errand and appointments when my RAV4 had a dead battery and wouldn't start or accept charging. Car was towed into dealer about 12:30 and was repaired and maintenance perform to be ready by 4 PM. All work was done and delivered as promised. Great work!

I went into Findlay Toyota in early October 2022 looking for a new RAV4. I spoke with Ken Kemp and found out there were none to be had but they were expecting a shipment at the end of the month or the beginning of November and if I would put down $500.00, I would have first choice. That's exactly what happened. The shipment arrived in early November and I purchased my first Toyota. I'm very pleased. Jay Estrada was very kind and knowledgeable.
I have never been to Finley Toyota I walked up to a service manager named Justin Michaela and explained my problem and that man jumped right in and said he would do the best he can. He always kept in touch with me and had the most professional service that I could ask for. He gave me an option and it was too expensive and he did everything he could to help me which in the end solve my problem. I went to Toyota to service my car. My service representative was Jordan. He was very professional and kind. My experience was fabulous. Their is a nice large waiting are, provided with drinks, snacks and coffee. My wait was almost two hours but it was worth the wait. Thank you Jordan for your exceptional customer service.
I bought a 2007 Solara Convertible and a 2013 Corolla from this dealership and was completely happy both times. When it was time to purchase a truck, I came back to see Mo at this dealership and he took care of me just like back in 2007. Glad to be back in the Findlay Toyota family.
