Excellent customer service. Provided a rental car when my car was delayed so that was helpful.
This was my 1st experience with Findlay Toyota service, as I have recently relocated to Henderson. I didn't take advantage of the drop-off and pick-up service, but my next service I definitely will. The service took a little longer than expected, but they offered a discount to make up for that....very nice. I'll be back again for my next service.
