He's Polite , Friendly, and highly efficient & always does a great job explaining in detail what service/services were done to the car. I recently purchased a vehicle from Findlay. Mazda in Henderson NV. So impressed with all the staff members. Our salesman John was awesome, the front desk receptionist was lovely and helpful. I can honestly say that there was not one member of this team that was not exceptional. Customer service is no longer a priority for many companies, it is for this dealership. So very impressed!! KT
I had heard/read that Mazda has been moving upscale towards the premium-to-luxury market. Being partial to Japanese auto manufacturers, and have never owned a Mazda, I was intrigued. Walked in the dealer after negotiating a great price over email, and was impressed by not only their showroom floor, but also the very friendly staff. Garth, Amir, and Brandon made the dealership experience very relaxed and stress-free.

The wife and I went down to Finley Mazda in Henderson to look at the CX5, not only was the sales team not pushy they answered all our questions. We end up purchasing a vehicle there and the sales team was great from start to finish, financing department was a great experience also, they took the time to explain everything we were purchasing. I would recommend Henderson Mazda to anyone looking for a great experienced team.

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Findlay Mazda. John Williams is really one of the most amazing salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of working with! Paul Burcham was the sales associate. Felt at ease with his personal style and knowledge of the vehicles a good listener and stayed engaged. This is the third vehicle that I lease from Findlay Mazda, and all I have to say is that they are absolutely amazing. My sales guy Cesar has been taking care of us for five years, and he never disappoints. If you’re looking to get a new vehicle, definitely go check them out and definitely ask for Cesar he is the best!!!!!
