First time customer and, new resident to the area. Brought my car in for it's basic service due and found the dealership and it's service department to be outstanding; both in efficiency and professionalism. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Very impressed with the fact that they were not "overbooking" their service appointments like so many dealerships do.

Fantastic experience at this dealership! I went in for an oil change and got way more. The staff was very friendly. I worked with Jose who was friendly and easy to work with. I used their oil change coupon from their website and feel like I got a huge bang for my buck. I get back to a freshly cleaned vehicle, which was done complimentary! I don't think I've ever seen the outside of my car shine like that before. I will be back!

I had a great experience. I had spent time with Cardinale and I called Findlay spoke with my rep Brandon and they welcomed me over and promised me a better price. Right off the back they have lower cost fees and packages. We didn't spend too much time haggling I told them what I wanted and got more than I expected. Im really happy. Do your research and shop around, Findlay will beat them all.
