Alycia and Amir were great! They made the process fast and very simple, I would recommend Alycia, Amir and Findlay Mazda to anyone in the market to purchase a Mazda.
Overall Brandon did a good job except for one major detail. We agreed on a lease monthly price very similar to my previous payment. Except, it was cut from 3 years (previous lease) to 2 years (to get to that price) without me knowing it. Caught this in financing, Amir did a good job and settled on a 30 month lease. This dealership has the best coffee options hands down!😊
After having a not so great experience at Cardinale Way Mazda Las Vegas, it was so amazing to be treated exactly the way you expect/want to be treated as a potential car buyer at Findlay Mazda. I thought the dealership was open till 9pm when I called at 7:30pm to confirm they still had the car I wanted in stock. Overall, Brandon took care of me and answered a lot of the questions and addressed most of the concerns I had with the new model he was selling. There were only two things I was disappointed with. First, the 2022 model was not available. I really wanted a 2022 version of my vehicle. Second, although I was quoted a specific amount for the monthly payment, it increased to $366 during financing because of the essential package. I did not save as much as I wanted to.
Garth worked with us to find us the best deal he could get for my family. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy their car. We felt welcomed and not pressured to buy at all. After going to a dozen different dealers, they gave us clearer answers and found us a vehicle that suited our needs as a family. Ask for Garth and he'll help!
