My experience with Findlay Mazda has been A+. The service department has always been fair and thorough. I recently purchased a new Mazda and with Amanda's help I am now extremely satisfied with the sales department as well. Without qustion, I recommend Findlay Mazda.

I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone who wants a pleasant experience. I cannot stand going back and forth and John our wonderful salesman always makes sure we are well taken care of and most importantly comfortable with the deal on the table. I spent almost 2 hours in the service department the other day waiting for my car that had an issue with the battery even though it was only purchased back in September 2023. I was disappointed to find that the dealership did not complete the full service Mazda Inspection. My tire light was still on my dash when I got back in the vehicle. To my knowledge, they always check all tires during a service visit. Nobody even brought it up to me. And that’s timeframe I feel they had sufficient opportunity to check all my tires,
