Drove in because I felt like my car was running poorly. They got me in for service almost immediately, finished with my car a little over an hour later and the woman at the service desk who helped us was fantastic! Love the personalized service at Findlay Mazda!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Findlay. Mazda in Henderson NV. So impressed with all the staff members. Our salesman John was awesome, the front desk receptionist was lovely and helpful. I can honestly say that there was not one member of this team that was not exceptional. Customer service is no longer a priority for many companies, it is for this dealership. So very impressed!! KT
I had heard/read that Mazda has been moving upscale towards the premium-to-luxury market. Being partial to Japanese auto manufacturers, and have never owned a Mazda, I was intrigued. Walked in the dealer after negotiating a great price over email, and was impressed by not only their showroom floor, but also the very friendly staff. Garth, Amir, and Brandon made the dealership experience very relaxed and stress-free.

The wife and I went down to Finley Mazda in Henderson to look at the CX5, not only was the sales team not pushy they answered all our questions. We end up purchasing a vehicle there and the sales team was great from start to finish, financing department was a great experience also, they took the time to explain everything we were purchasing. I would recommend Henderson Mazda to anyone looking for a great experienced team.

Paul Burcham was the sales associate. Felt at ease with his personal style and knowledge of the vehicles a good listener and stayed engaged.
