Very professional staff, great customer service, also very detailed oriented, nice amenities and atmosphere, and on time service.
I have consistently leased Mazda vehicles due to the dealership. They are so low key and do not act like vulchers when you walk it. The service department is totally the best in town which is the biggest reason I will always deal with this dealership from this point forward.
I was very pleased with my experience at Findlay Mazda. My salesman Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. He has continued to be very helpful even I have had questions after my purchase. Highly recommend Chris Fisher and the entire Findlay Mazda crew.
Recently purchased a ‘23 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition here and was not disappointed with the dealership! Soon as we arrived at the parking lot someone greeted us. Shout to Darrell Hetke for helping us! Very knowledgable and thorough explaining every detail about the car. Customer Service Excellent!
