The experience was very good. I wish Angle told me the interior was going the white/brown vice black. A bit disappointed in that. Love the car otherwise. It was a long process to get all the paperwork done and get the car. The man that detailed the car did a fabulous job.
Worked with Cody in Service to have my Mazda vehicle serviced. Working with Findlay Mazda has been nothing but, exceptional. The staff are very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Overall: Wonderful dealership and staff that go above and beyond, from before the sale to after the financial dust settles from a trade payoff. Pros: Khazmir and Chelsea were the faces who became ubiquitous with the sales experience. Both were attentive, courteous, and just all around wonderful. They did their jobs well without being pushy.
