Have not purchased from them, only service. However, I am at the point where I do all my service there. First with Mark and now with Shaun in service, both excellent. They keep meticulous records and are utterly transparent. I flatly will not go elsewhere except maybe just for simple oil changes or new tires at Costco.
Just wanted to say Zack was wonderful in analyzing the problem for our Honda Fit August 06. He also advice what repairs that were priority. I appreciated his patience and understanding.
Went in for service, victor was my service writer and very helpful and experience was pleasant from me driving up being welcomed by porter through the whole process.
I recently visited Findlay Honda for an oil and filter change on my CR-V, and I had a great experience. Brandy, my service advisor, was friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth. Even though the dealership was busy with customers, the staff kept things moving efficiently. The building was clean and well maintained, and my CR-V was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I appreciate the excellent service and will gladly return here.
