The service department is I deal with Victor or Green those guys are awesome. The prices is reasonable.
Will Spears has been my service guy since I bought my Honda Pilot. He always provides excellent service and suggests only what is necessary, making me feel like another human, rather than a bank account. I trust him with the safety of my vehicle each time he provides updates and/or service recommendations. As long as I own a Honda, he will be my go-to guy!
I was able to book an appointment of my choosing and time of arrival. I was told it would take about an hour and with a car wash just a little longer. It was done as promised and nothing else was needed at this visit. Easy check out and was on my way. Great job by all.
The service here is always great. I am a proud Honda owner for over 20 years. The car is one part of that reason, but the service here is another!
It was my first time at Findlay Honda since moving from New York. I brought my 2017 HRV for general service. Chris Gamez was my service advisor. Chris made me feel welcome, and we went through everything that was going to be done. The waiting area was large, and I could work for the time I waited for the service to be completed. Overall it was a great experience.

Very impressed with the customer service I received from your Service Consultant, Dominique Morrison. Dominique handled my appointment in a prompt & professional manner. I had some technical questions regarding the options in my vehicle. Dominique personally came out to demonstrate the options, and went above & beyond to make sure I understood the workings on the dashboard! Great attitude. Excellent follow up!
