My recent routine A12-B12 service had unexplainable hidden costs. When questioned why the quote differed from the actual costs, I wasn’t given a reason. My quote of $610 plus tax went up to 650.36 plus tax. So I quickly reconciled the actual invoice with my quote and found the A12-B12 and BG Fuel induction were both marked up from the quoted amounts and I still cannot find the unexplained 41.56 miscellaneous charge you hit me with. My husband and I had an amazing experience with Findlay Honda. When we arrived we were greeted immediately by Joel and when we told him we wanted to talk to someone my dad knew first, he respected that and didn't bombard us like a lot of sales people do.
