Problem was solved. Wouldn't of been a problem if tech for my previous visit for oil change would of did his job right. There wouldn't of needed to be a bring back.

I appreciated that they looked at our service history and agreed we could push off some recommended items for next time. They offered a ride to/from the dealership while I was without a car. They saved us a little extra money on the final bill. And having photo evidence of what was fixed (before/after filter photos ew) let us know that we needed what was recommended.
