Had routine A27 done. No problems. Just drove in and requested required work, except for changing cabin and engine filters (I do that myself).

I think the service at Honda is generally good and the staff are professional. However, my main concern is the cost of labor, which seems excessively high. The charges for labor make even routine or minor work on the vehicle very expensive. While the quality of the service is satisfactory the pricing for labor could be more reasonable and transparent.
