Service Tech, Andrew, greeted me promptly, explained services available, and escorted me to waiting area. When making appointment, service time was estimated to be approximately one hour. It went over just a little, but not enough to cause irritation. Andrew talked me through a minor reset, and I was finished.

I went in for an oil change Jennifer pushed it knowing I was driving back to Arizona. O the way home I realized I was charged for an extra service that should have been covered. I called Jennifer and she had the charge reversed the same day
