I get service here because they are very prompt and don’t insist on doing a bunch of unnecessary work. Sure, they tell you their recommendations, but don’t push you into spending a lot of unexpected money. Also convenient to my home, offered to get me an Uber last time if I didn’t want to wait.
Q was our sales consultant and he was spectacular. He listened to our concerns, wants and needs and we left with a new vehicle the same evening! Jason in FI was efficient and assisted us with a speedy paper worker process. The business office is wonderful and FHH is amazing. This is our 2nd purchase here. We look forward to coming back for our next vehicle.
Jeremiah was pleasant to work with and my car was finished within the estimated time given.
Great service. Our service advisor Skylar Blythe was outstanding he kept us informed of the progress of the service , delivered the car on time, explained the service work completed and made sure our car was washed before turning it back over to us. Traveling from New York it’s great to see customers service still exist. I will return to have our car serviced here again when we are back in town.
