I wrote a review a few months ago about Antonio who was wonderful. Had my car reserviced this past weekend and was helped by Gavin. still nice however I felt that he wanted the sale more than to help ease me. Antonio in Service was wonderful! Car was towed there, I was 90 miles away. He ensured the problem was diagnosed before closing time so part could be ordered. His cost quote was spot on, and he followed thru to ensure repair was completed in a timely manner, despite repair occurring on his day off. Excellent customer service skills!
Kuulei Garcia is amazing! She listens, she did not waste our time, she heard what we wanted, found it, and made it happen. We don’t live anywhere near Findlay Honda Henderson but it’s worth the drive just to get to work with the team.
On August 12, 2022, I had a oil change on my Honda CRV and it was handle by Antonio Cancilla. His professional knowledge outstanding. Busy dealership, immediately attended me upon arrival for service, after my car was finished, I had to ask few times about the status of my vehicle. I did liked the fact when I was asked by the attendant about the recommended services based on the history, that he was not being forceful to perform them like some other dealerships. Overall their service is very good!
You’re treated so well here. A comfortable place to wait. Coffee and more. Free WiFi as well as a complimentary car wash. In addition, they stay on schedule and get you’re car done asap.

7-26-2022 I received service on 2017 Honda Accord, my advisor was Roger Asel. I received high quality and professional service on my vehicle. I was given a comprehensive inspection analyze of my vehicle status. I was given a cost estimate of what the total charges would be. I was told what needed immediate attention and what could wait if necessary.
