My brand new truck showed a very unexpected message on the dashboard "SERVICE TRANSMISSION PROBLEM" while I was driving which made me really tense because I am not a local in this area. Kaalen is my service advisor. He seems to act in my best interest and follows up on issues, keeping me advised. Dealership is a little expensive but records are all kept in the same place and are accessible if I question an issue. I feel that the vehicle comes out of service "fixed". Except, they missed the complimentary car wash.
Great dealership, I love their service department. Tim really takes care of me and my vehicle. He tracks my vehicle maintenance needs and always works me in around my schedule. Best service I’ve ever received.
Ive had not issues with Findlay thus far. I’m usually in and out within 1hr when I show up for services and they don’t try to add on extras when I get serviced. Only what I need.
I was in the dealership to buy a vehicle for my daughter. Te salesman was great, very professional, he immediately found the right vehicle and we test drove it. The deal was easy, the finance manager was great too. I can highly recommend this dealership .
