The service was just ok. I made an appointment a few days in advance, and yet when i arrived I had to wait a good while before being attended to by service rep I gave my info and he had no clue why I was there. I thought what is the point of appointments for that service when one can just drive in. Had oil change done with routine maintenance. I believe the sales rep attempted to sell me items I already pre-purchased under a maintenance plan I bought with the vehicle. He didn't even bother looking until I brought it up to hi... read more
