I am 75 and have been to many car dealerships…. Findlay Honda in Henderson was absolutely amazing. My car had been vandalized (hole drilled in to gas tank) My service tech, Turner, was the best ever. He kept me informed every step of the way. Took pictures for Insurance company (he did this without being requested to…sent me photos at my request. My car was suppose to be there waiting for parts two weeks. Turner, called me and said, 1 week….Really, the shock of having someone drill a hole in your case tank…was enough….but th... read more
Overall, nice people, good customer service, and quality work. Expensive as heck, but their work checks out.
I’m happy with the prompt and efficient service that this dealership was able to provide. Carlos did a great job as well and was in constant communication with me regarding my car.
I would give a 10 star if possible. Gavin helped me from the beginning. He was serviceable, friendly, knowledgeable and communicated clearly. The wait was exactly what he said it would be. I’m from GA and used Honda service departments there. I forgot to mention that my key case was coming apart but he informed his mechanics noticed it so he put on a new one!! I would have been happy if they met expection but honestly Findlay Honda exceeded it. From Gavin to the nice young lady who facilitated the payment.
I had a scheduled oil change on a Saturday morning, which the dealership was packed but I was actually in and out rather fast. I was prepared to be there for at least 2 hours but I was there for no longer than 45 minutes. I was attended to by Dominyc Zuniga, amazing guy, super sweet, and informative. He definitely made my service experience amazing and informed me on anything I currently needed done and a few things to keep my eyes open to for the near future. He definitely went above and beyond for me. Keep it up Dominyc!
Kacey and Brittany took amazing care of my Type R when I brought it in for breaks and an oil change. I'll never take it anywhere else! They're the best dealership I've ever worked with

I took my Pilot for an oil change and Aidan helped me. Jon the manager made sure everything was done correctly. I received my multi point inspection report. I value a business that appreciate their clients. I am definitively going back. I strongly recommend to take your cars there if you want to receive a great service.
