Everyone is always friendly and efficient. The last time I took my car in the software update didn’t get done. I asked if they could do it the same day. The tech agreed they could work on it. However it would be a 4 hour wait time. I declined since I didn’t know it would take that amount of time. Everyone was understanding. I appreciate the extra mile.
