These guys are the best at what they do and do it friendly , accommodating and really listened!! I got the car I wanted and felt like queen for the day. They also showed me how everything works and offered phone numbers in case I had any questions. The advisors and service great. My advisors consistently kept me updated. I appreciated the fact that they were able to coordinate Uber services for me to get dropped off and picked up from my home when my car was done. Coffee bar was good😊

This visit was for my 2020 H-RVs 15,000 mile maintenance. We are going to do some traveling on Monday, so I telephoned on Wednesday afternoon and was able to get a 7:00 am appointment on Thursday morning. My service representative, Judy T. took great care of me, detailed the work to be done, gave me an estimate, and said she'd call when the care was ready for pickup. She was spot-on with everything and I truly appreciate her going the extra mile for me!

In 2021, we worked with Jay in getting our son a car. We liked that he was no pressure, and we felt like we got a good deal. Fast forward to August of this year. We ordered our daughter's car through Jay. He knew he was going to be out for some time, so he let me know Jack would be helping us.
