Went to Findlay Honda Henderson Nevada for an oil change and tire repair before a 1000 mile trip. Greeted by Michael Rocha III, found Mike to be very knowledgeable on the maintenance items, discussed the maintenance required on my 2017 Honda Pilot this trip and asked him to list any other items required on my report. Maintenance was done quickly since I was leaving the next day on my trip. I was serviced immediately! Explanations of my needs were explained and I could make decisions quickly! Helped me set up my phone to respond to Google Maps. Very friendly! I have driven Honda's for 26 years and have always serviced them with Honda! Never had to have any repairs to my cars! Bought three new Odysseys and driving a CRV now!

I love Findlay Honda and have owned Honda’s for over 25 years solely because of them. The last year or two however every time I bring my now 5 year old Honda with 38,000 miles I end up paying $300-600 dollars in general maintenance. Something in their operations have definitely changed and I’m considering another brand next. My husband has already sold his Honda.
