I had a super experience with Jeremy Santos. He assisted me right away and we had a discussion about what I wanted done to my car. He was so helpful and answered all my questions. From start to finish I couldn’t be happier with the service. Which is why I own a Honda. Besides, it is a beautiful car!

I brought my car in because the audio system wasn't booting up. Turned out to be a simple reset, although it wasn't clear why the system said it lost power. They road tested the car over 2 days to see if it would lose power again. It didn't and seems to be working fine. I was treated kindly, fairly and with respect. We are new to the area and I can't believe how customer friendly they are compared to east coast car dealers. Findlay was absolutely amazing. I normally do not like dealerships, in fact I hate them, but Findlay was very caring, thoughtful, and very easy to deal with. I live in Reno, a young adult, and a first car buyer, so I was intimidated from the start. I was close to Honda centenial when my engine light turn on for "emission system issues" so I decided to take it in and it was a bad decision. They said the sensors were dirty and they cleaned them and that was it. 2 days later the light turn on again. As we all know gas is super expensive and to take it in again was about 50 min drive! My vehicle was serviced and ready for me sooner than the original estimated time of completion.
Good service no complimentary food provided in waiting area other dealerships provided donuts or bagels just coffee and water is provided. Didn’t receive multi point inspection had to request it.
