I didn't print out a coupon for my new battery as I forgot. The service guy told me there was not a coupon and I went back to the website and after I paid say that there was 25.00 off a new battery. I take my car to Honda for all services and I feel like the service guys should be better in trying to help the customer with any available discounts. Especially in these times of economic hardships. It's how they will build more loyalty.
