Great service from Ramzi as he explained why the low tire indicator light did not come on.

No more dash lights! If your car needs service, go to Findlay Honda in Henderson and ask for Sean Beria. He was not pushy; he communicated my car problems clearly and quickly provided an estimate that was competitively priced. The problems were resolved for less than the estimate. Sean didn’t know this, but I showed up solely to get a quote. I felt comfortable leaving it to be fixed by the dealer.
Service visit on 09/05/23 for a Honda error code TT04 that has been present since new car delivery on 03/04/23. Honda Motors Torrance Headquarters customer service personnel have been telling me there is no fix and it will be 6 months or longer before a fix will resolve the issue. We took our 2019 Honda Passport in for 2 Recall issues and a minor power train issue. Fernando was our service advisor. He was excellent as he thoroughly explained everything and what the timeline was going to be to fix everything. He called us to keep us updated on the progress which we appreciated. Everything was fixed and we are happy campers.
I live about 20 miles from this dealership,while another is about 4 miles from my home. I have had excellent service in the past and yesterday was also excellent. Judy Tweedy, my service advisor was patient, with my questions and concerns. She was helpful, kind, and friendly. She eased my mind about the service and repairs. I even gave her a hug before I left!
