Even though there was an issue to begin with the general manager, and Gage made it right I really appreciated that
Honda is always professional, helpful and friendly! Jeremy and Jeremiah and the entire service team made my experience the best anyone could imagine, Jeremiah sent a uber for me and my husband since our car had to be serviced for most of the day, and was very thankful for that. in addition, last but not least, the outstanding customer service is over and beyond!
I needed a reliable vehicle. I decided to look at Toyota and Honda. Toyota did not have the model I wanted in stock, so I went to Honda to see what they had a comparable model. I do not remember the names of the people that I talked to at Honda, but it really did not matter, as every person I spoke with were pleasant and helpful. I have been 100% satisfied with the sales and service departments. I did not rate the speed of service, as I was more interested in quality of service. It was not a unreasonable amount of time.

Everyone was super nice & friendly. My service appointment didn’t take too long, and the cashier was able to answer all my questions. This location is 28 minutes from my home, but definitely worth the drive. I’ll be back! Thanks again!
We arrived at Findlay Honda Henderson because of our car battery. Vinni was the person assisting us with our situation. We appreciated his professionalism and the ease in which he handled our situation. He looked at our prior service record and gave us a timetable as to when our car would be ready.
