The staff works hard to get you a deal that will work for you. My salesman, Adolfo, was very responsive to what I was looking for and did a great job! The follow up communication the next day was not the best, and that is why I left 4 stars. Return calls were promised, but not delivered. No one seemed to have voice mail so I couldn’t leave a message. I ended up going back in person late in the afternoon, after waiting from 9am for a return call.
Judy was tasked with providing duplicate key fob. She saw that the duplicate was ordered, and contacted me when it was in. She promptly scheduled an appointment to program Driver 1 and Driver 2. I wanted to wait and was told it would take about 90 minutes. The wait time was right on. Judy was excellent to deal with, and I look forward to making future appointments with her
On vacation and limited time to get oil change and tires rotated. Called and received same day service. Rep that meet me was very professional and explained how things work at Findlay Honda. I informed him I was on vacation and appreciated same day appointment. Once everything was completed, he explained to me what the technician suggested be done. I received very good service when my car was fixed. Findlay really backs up their cars whether it’s used or new.
Customer service was exceptional. The turn around time for the services requested were just what I needed.
Sara was fantastic when I bought my new CRV. She walked us through everything, stayed late to make sure we were happy, and stayed in touch with me to make sure I lived my car. She and Obed worked hard to get me a great deal. It’s people like Sara that keep me coming back!
Judy Tweedy is the BEST! With attention to detail and with clear communication about possible problems I should be aware of. Plus, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Good, reliable service is a given here. Findlay Honda of Henderson is the only place my cars have been serviced since 2004.
All of the people there were very accommodating and very nice I didn't feel pressured.I would recommend them if you want a honda.
