I had recall on fuel pump, Jeremy was excellent and professional, I am very happy with the service done
I appreciated the patience and service I received from the sales, and payment processing in buying my new car. I would offer that sales should be more specific when suggesting payments by credit card or debit card as there are limits that should be pointed out in the sales process. The payment people were understanding and did increase some limits which I appreciated. I had a unique set of factors affecting my sale and all were patient and helpful in working with me.

Service department (Judy) took great care of my vehicle. The recall item was examined and determined to be fine. It did not need repair.
My experience with the service of my CRV was excellent. I was met at my car within 1 minute of arriving. Taylor introduced himself and asked me a few questions about what my car needed, then showed me the waiting area. A couple minutes later, I received a text letting me know how long the service should take and if I needed anything during my wait, I could just respond to his text.
