I continue to buy Hondas because my experiences with your Customer Support is always excellent. This time Dominyc helped me and went far above expectations to make me comfortable. He advised me and walked me to my car, where he folded up my walker and fixed my seat.He was kind and helpful.

Service department rep Jeremey was very good. He communicated extremely well and provided excellent customer service. This was my second time taking my CR-V in for a recall. I would not hesitate to use Findlay Honda again. We travel 1.5 hrs to use them vs the local Kingman Honda.
He was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. He said we could get in touch with him if we had any questions or concerns.
Amber was not my sales rep but she made sure I was taken care of when I had problems with the car I purchased. She really went above and beyond to help someone even if didn’t financially benefit her but I will make sure I will send everyone I know to look for her if they need a vehicle.

Lots of cars to look at and test drive. Alfred Green took lots of time with me. I was looking for a used car and ended up with a new one. No pressure on me to buy, I just weighed all the options. Chance in finance was very helpful with all the numbers options available. The whole process was a lot smother and more relaxed than I remember from the last time I bought a new car.
Every visit to the service department has been positive. The service representative I worked with these last two visit, Cole Petto, is knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to work with. I strongly recommend Findlay Honda and if you can, ask for Cole to help with your service needs.
