Marissa was very helpful with assisting me with finding the car that I wanted. She kept me in the loop the entire time during the whole car buying process.
I would buy again from Q at Findlay Honda he was very patient with me and did not apply high pressure tactics when I first went in. When I went back the next week I was ready to buy and Q was my salesperson. He thoroughly explained my new CRV to me and did not rush me. Changed my opinion of buying a car new.
Turner, in the service department, was very helpful and easy to work with. I received great service.

I don't know many people who've enjoyed the process of purchasing or leasing a new vehicle, but that's exactly what I did, and I owe it all to my salesperson, Lerice. If you're looking for a horrible experience DON'T go to Marissa U. She's very kind and patient and nothing like what most people expect when car shopping.
