Service Dept techs Service guys at the desk are great. Keep you in the loop, although service performed leaves a lot to be desired. Fixing the problem is not their strong suit.

Do not go anywhere near the service department. Do not go anywhere near the service department. They were rude, argumentative, and couldn't diagnosis a simple problem correctly. Not to mention tried to charge 4hrs labor for a job that takes 10min and pays .5 book hours.

Items that need attention are: 1. Items that need attention are: 1. Your reminder list for services needed is woefully inaccurate. I have asked about accurizing it to no avail. 2. More importantly, Mopar warranty inclusions do not always remind the service writers if a certain repair item is covered. If it’s all in one system, it should automatically notify the service writer it is covered. Seems I need to review my policy on every visit to the dealership and not depend on your database.
