Items that need attention are: 1. Items that need attention are: 1. Your reminder list for services needed is woefully inaccurate. I have asked about accurizing it to no avail. 2. More importantly, Mopar warranty inclusions do not always remind the service writers if a certain repair item is covered. If it’s all in one system, it should automatically notify the service writer it is covered. Seems I need to review my policy on every visit to the dealership and not depend on your database.

Never use this dealership The service department was completely rude to my wife and were very shovenist. They didn't fix the issue, still charged us, and refused to fix the issue eventhough it continued after they "fixed" it. I will never use their service department or buy any vehicle from this dealership. They don't give a xxxx about customer service.
Take your car anywhere but here! We have used this dealer many times over the last two years, for warranty work and services. They take months to get a job done (last warranty job was only half done, after six months), treat the customer's cars with no respect (I have a paint chip from a door ding that happened in their yard; left a coolant cap off so that the car overheated) and never update the customer on the status of repairs...even after numerous phone calls, even to the manager. Pointless Text and Emails Never Stop Generally buying my new Ram was OK. When they quoted me a ridiculously high interest rate, I got my own at about half the rate. When I came in with that, they had Idaho Central Credit Union beat the rate by a little bit. Patched tire Just had a flat tire on a new vehicle. Found out there was a patch on it. Brought it to the the service management, they took care of the problem. They replaced the tire free and let me buy another tire at cost. They also paid for mounting both tires. I’m retired this really helped me. Thank you
