Patched tire Just had a flat tire on a new vehicle. Found out there was a patch on it. Brought it to the the service management, they took care of the problem. They replaced the tire free and let me buy another tire at cost. They also paid for mounting both tires. I’m retired this really helped me. Thank you
Friendly Dealership Willingness of dealership to fix their errors without me even having to ask, (mostly) friendly personnel, not to bad on their wait times during service.
Good purchase experience Honest, no game playing, quick & efficient. No pressure and friendly sales staff. Appreciated not having them try to sell me tons of add one.
Great service Everything that I needed was done in a courteous and professional manner. Never have had a bad visit to this facility.
Fast service My Ram truck was in for a recall and out in about 2 hours. Awesome! The facility offered me a ride to pick up the Ram when it was all finished. Great service.
Wonderful caring employees and managers. The people were very friendly and went to extreme lengths to make me happy. They were very accommodating and made sure I was happy with everything we discussed about the car and my needs in a car. The young lady Gaby bent over backwards to help me and make sure I was happy. She was a real joy and is a great employee. I would give her an outstanding commendation if I knew how. We had a great rapport and I felt like she could have been my "granddaughter" I never had!!
Great service Up front information on what was going to be done and how long to complete the work. Great waiting area.
Prompt service plus a ride to dealership and back! The error msg. Got for my break light turned out to only be a bulb not the whole light! Thank goodness
Great service. The work completed was timely and completed on time. The wait area was well set up and clean. Thank you!
