Courteous and knowlegable service staff. In and out in less than an hour. Comfortable waiting area.
Good people, great to deal with and no back and forth back and forth with sales people and managers. They had the exact car I needed and were willing to deal, unlike the other dealers I talked with, and it was quite a few.
The dealer Findlay Cadillac did a great job and also got my appointment the same day.

Was surprised I never got a call telling me what needed done. I had to call and ask. They kept my car over the weekend which was fine but would have like to be informed that they couldn’t get it finished and would need to keep it until Tuesday. I also asked them to replace a plastic piece by rear view mirror. Never fixed it or even mentioned it

The sales people I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. With some negotiation I felt like I got a fair but not awesome deal on a used 2019 Mustang. After 3 weeks I am still waiting on an agreed upon repair of the convertible top. I understand that there are still supply chain issues so I am not counting that against anyone yet. Where they lost me was at the very end of the transaction. I agreed to an out the door price and financed it through my credit union.
