Mr. Epino, I wanted to take the time to let you know about Mark Kalmback. He literally saved me on Saturday, April 30th. I was visiting Las Vegas from Arizona and was returning to Arizona on Sunday. When I arrived in Las Vegas on Thursday my air conditioning wasn't performing correctly. The air on driver side was slightly cool but the on the passenger side it was blowing warm air. This is the best dealership I've ever visited and I'd recommend it to anyone. I made my appointment, I arrived for my appointment and Ashley was there to greet me and she made sure that I was taken care of from start to finish. I've never been treated as a priority, or with such care at any other dealership ever and she even recognized my veteran status. Because of Ashley and others like her, I'll definitely come back.
