The people in the service department are amazing! Daniel was the person that I dealt with the most during my visit and he went above and beyond to help me with whatever I needed. I found everyone that I came into contact with to be incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they got my vehicle in immediately and everything was completed in a timely manner. It was my first experience there and I will definitely return when the need arises! Thank you, Findlay Cadillac!!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. They treated us with kindness, care, and were extremely knowledgeable. Our sales rep, Smitty, did everything he could to get us into the car we wanted at a very wonderful rate. He took all the time in the world with us. I highly recommend this dealership for not only purchasing a new car but for service. Excellent place to go.
Just an update because I’ve driven a couple more units off the lot since then. My man Steve has been promoted, but I know I’m in good hands with Deb. There are two Cadillac dealerships in the Vegas metropolitan area. One is about 15-minutes from my house. Findlay is about 40-minutes during Saturday traffic and well worth the commute. This is where to go when you want an executive experience.
Awesome customer service! Waiting area is great with plenty of amenities for customers waiting for service department. I would definitely recommend this dealership for service or other needs. Staff is friendly and professional.
