So needless to say, I am a difficult customer, and when I went into Findlay Cadillac, I was treated very professionally and with great customer service, Mr. Derrick and Mr. Bruce both have great sense of humors, they are personal and as much as I demanded, they worked very well with me. Service agent was excellent. Same issue 3 times but they did everything to fix it and finally did. Loaner car and follow up great.
Extremely satisfied with Danial Botta as service advisor, always on top of everything that is being done to the vehicle. Service department at the dealership is spot on with whatever is being done.
Greg has been my Service Advisor from the first service I have had performed ony Cadillac. He is professional and through. He goes beyond the required call of duty.
