This was our first time buying a Cadillac (used) and the first time at a Cadillac dealer. I was greeted at the door by Ronnie Camden. He was friendly, and professional. He stayed with me throughout the test drive and purchase process. He provided a second orientation of the dash and controls prior to my driving our XT4 Sport home. They are very helpful and patient with old ladies. The coffee is very good and the girls at the counter see to it that you are comfortable and give you a little sweet to go with the coffee.

I've been with Findlay since 2005. They Service both of my automobiles and always fix what needs to be done. Greg is my rep. and John is the mechanic that keeps my cars in excellent repair and safe for me to drive. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
We bring our Cadillac for service and always treated top notch. Noticed a gmc truck that I was interested in and had the best experience ever purchasing it. Everyone was helpful though out the entire sale. Excellent sales men on hand.
Troy with Findley roadside service was prompt and swapped out our dead battery without question. The existing battery tested with a bad cell.
