From the moment I walked into the dealership I received amazing service. Lupe and the manager were very respectful and accommodating. I can tell they really wanted my business and they worked with me every step of the way. This is the first time I experienced a dealership just allow me to drive the car by myself to get a feel for it and I was able to drive it for almost 2 hours. They were able to complete detailing and several maintenance items in one visit, which I appreciated. I also liked the comprehensive review of my vehicle’s condition. Always a pleasant experience. Only complaint: I miss the soda fountain there, but appreciate that more people likely prefer coffee 🙂.

I purchased my vehicle about 3 weeks ago, a2023 Honda HRV, previously used, the parking brake button was loose. I came in once to Acura and all they did was pop in back and send me on my way. It became dislodged again to which I couldn't release my vehicle and was told to take it to Honda because it was still under manufacture warranty. Honda told me it wasn't covered to take it to Acura, and when I contacted my dealer Charles he couldn't offer assistance as it was his day off and sent us to Tonya who as well couldn't offer ... read more
