Deep stains and pet urine removed - Randy is awesome. I have used F&F twice in the last few weeks. The first was at a condo we own where the renters trashed the carpet. We thought we would need to replace it but Randy did an excellent job and managed to get the carpet so clean that it looked brand new! Carpet Cleaning. Just had Fred out to clean the carpet. They look great, like they were just put down. Actually he came out a few days ago to look at a sticky spot I had and in 5 minutes it was gone. I tried everything I could and had no luck. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone wanting clean carpets. Thank you, Fred, for making the carpets new again.
Very Happy with F&F. I found F & F Carpet Cleaning from an internet search. Usually, I go on recommendation from a friend for this type of service, but didn't have time to ask around. Randy arrived a few minutes early, which was great. He was very professional and courteous and answered any questions that I had. The cost was less than I expected and our carpets, even the stairs, look almost brand new! I will not hesitate to refer friends and family to F & F.
