Overall GREAT! My rugs needed to be re-stretched and cleaned. I was amazed at how efficient the job was done. In order to stretch the carpet all furniture had to be moved. Everything was put back in place exactly where it was. The owner (Fred) was on time, well organized, professional and the price was fair. I am delighted with the outcome. I highly recommend F & F Carpet.

A carpet issue prompted me to call F&F who was recommended to me by a contractor. They were quick to respond and had the problem fixed within an hour. We will certainly use their services again as circumstances dictate.

The service man was great; set up was easy (we live in a condo) and he was gone in an hour. The problem we had was that the time was scheduled for between 8-9 am. The owner called us and said the sevice man would be there by noon, which required us to change our plans for the day. The owner said one of his trucks was in an accident, but when the sevice man was filling out the paperwork I said our only complaint was the lateness. Professional, reliable and excellent company. Fred came to the house to give a free estimate of the work. Was very reasonble with his pricing. He knows his rugs and can clean all types from expensive Persians to wool throw area rugs. Explained the process of cleaning and he was able to schedule the job in 2 days. He was very clean and respectful of the house and furniture. Results were fabulous. I would highly recommend is company.
